Try this today: Find your policy and write down three things you need clarified.
QUICK INSIGHT · SIP
A SIP is a way to invest regularly in a mutual fund, rather than a separate investment category. The scheme you choose still determines the underlying investment risks.

25 questions across everyday money topics.
Financial freedom is having enough financial flexibility to make choices about your life while meeting your responsibilities. Your starting point depends on your goals, commitments and circumstances. A useful first step is understanding where you stand today and what you want to work towards.
Start with three things: what you’re saving for, when you may need the money and an amount you feel comfortable setting aside. We can help you understand the available options, their costs and risks.
Minimum amounts vary by scheme and provider. We can explain the available SIP and lump-sum options and the process for increasing contributions as your circumstances change.
Yes. Tell us what you hold, what you want to achieve and the questions you have. We can explain the support available through our service and provider arrangements.
Ask about the product’s purpose, risks, charges, access to your money and suggested holding period. Understanding these details helps you consider whether an option fits your needs.
Begin with what you want to protect—your family, health or financial commitments. Compare coverage, premiums, exclusions, waiting periods and policy terms. Our team can help explain the available options.
Access depends on the product. Lock-ins, withdrawal rules, settlement times, exit charges and market conditions can affect availability. Tell us about upcoming expenses before choosing an option.

They help you explore possibilities using the amounts, time periods and assumptions you enter. Results are illustrations—not forecasts or guaranteed outcomes. Use them as a starting point for your questions.
Ask about product expenses, provider charges, commissions, exit loads and applicable taxes. These vary by product and arrangement. Request a clear explanation before making a decision.
You can contact our team for service queries and coordination with the relevant provider. Transactions, account access, claims and other requests follow the provider’s applicable process.

Yes. Use the WhatsApp buttons or contact Karthik in Bengaluru and Suthirtha in Kalaburagi. Please call ahead to arrange an office visit.
Cover depends on your policy. Before you need treatment, check the insured people, coverage amount, exclusions, waiting periods and any cost-sharing terms. Ask the insurer to explain unfamiliar wording. Keep a plan for expenses that your policy does not pay.
Keep policy details, insurer or claim-support contacts and the applicable claim process easy to locate. Check available hospital arrangements and required documents with your insurer. Tell a trusted family member where the records are stored and whom to call for help.
A mutual fund is the investment scheme; a SIP is a method of investing in it at regular intervals. Start by understanding the scheme’s purpose and risks, then consider whether regular contributions fit your goal, time horizon and monthly cash flow.
Regular investing spreads your purchases across different unit prices, but it does not guarantee profits or prevent losses. Your outcome depends on the scheme, market conditions, costs and time invested. A calculator illustrates an assumption; it cannot promise your eventual return.
Compare what each investment is meant to do, its risks, charges and how easily you can access your money. Consider when your goal falls due and what a loss could mean for you. A familiar investment is not automatically suitable for every purpose.
The number of holdings alone does not explain your overall risk. Review whether they depend on the same businesses, sectors or asset types. Diversification can reduce the impact of a single weak holding, but it does not remove every investment risk.
Make the goal specific enough to act on. For example, identify the purpose, estimate its cost and choose a target date. Then review what is already available and what you may need to contribute. Estimates can change as your circumstances become clearer.
List the goals, then consider their timing and importance to your household. Distinguish essential commitments from goals that can be adjusted or delayed. Connect savings and investments to those priorities, and revisit the plan when your income, responsibilities or goals change.
A pure term plan focuses on a death benefit during the policy term, subject to its conditions. It should not be assumed to build a savings fund or provide a maturity payment. Product variants differ, so ask the insurer to explain exactly what is and is not included.
List the people who depend on your income, essential living costs, outstanding loans and important future commitments. Review existing insurance and resources alongside these responsibilities. Keep relevant policy and nominee details organised, and make sure a trusted person knows where to find them.
There is no single amount that suits everyone. Start with expected expenses, when you plan to retire and how long income may be needed. Include existing pensions and retirement savings. Use a calculator to explore assumptions, then review the figures as circumstances change.
Expenses, available resources and investment outcomes can differ from the assumptions used in a projection. A retirement plan therefore needs periodic attention. Check whether income and withdrawals continue to support your needs, including rising costs and an unexpectedly long retirement.
